Purchases are arranged individually. You can contact us via our website purchasing form or directly at sales@itsdreammachine.com to express your interest in a product or service.

A binding agreement between you and Dream Machine arises only when we confirm in writing (via email) that we accept your order and have received full payment for the agreed product or service.
3.3 If we cannot accept your order
We may decline an order if the product is no longer available, if we identify an error in pricing or description, or for other reasonable business or logistical reasons. If payment has been made, it will be refunded in full.
4. Products and Availability
4.1 Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product information and images on our website are accurate. However, variations may occur in color or appearance due to different display settings or lighting conditions.
4.2 Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. As our products may be produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability at any given time. If a product becomes unavailable after you contact us, we will notify you promptly.
5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Customers outside the eurozone may pay in another currency, provided that the payment received equals the full euro value of the agreed price after conversion and any associated fees.
5.2 Payment method
Payment must be made in advance to a Dutch bank account, as specified in our communication with you. Payment is only considered complete once the funds have been received in full.
5.3 Taxes and customs
Buyers outside the Netherlands are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country of residence. Dream Machine is not responsible for such charges or for parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping origin and scope
We ship all products from the Netherlands and offer international delivery where possible.
6.2 Delivery times
Estimated delivery times will be communicated individually during the order process. These estimates depend on destination, carrier, and product availability.
6.3 Delivery responsibility
Ownership of and responsibility for the products pass to you once they are delivered to the shipping address you provided.
6.4 Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as postal disruptions, customs delays, or natural events. We will inform you promptly if such issues arise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
