Orders
How to place an order
We do not use a web checkout system. You can make a purchase of our products directly via our website through the purchasing forms attached to each of our products, or you can contact us directly at sales@itsdreammachine.com or via instagram DM to express your interest in a product or service.
When a contract is formed
A binding agreement between you and Dream Machine arises only when we confirm in writing (via email) that we accept your order and have received full payment for the agreed product or service.
If we cannot accept your order
We may decline an order if the product is no longer available, if we identify an error in pricing or description, or for other reasonable business or logistical reasons. If payment has been made, it will be refunded in full.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping origin and scope
We ship all products from the Netherlands and offer international delivery where possible.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times will be communicated individually during the order process. These estimates depend on destination, carrier, and product availability.
Shipping Fees
We ship throughout the Netherlands and the EU with the naional post service courier “Post NL”, the rates are as follows.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Please note: Countries outside the EU are subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which customers are responsible for. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
Right to return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@itsdreammachine.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly described.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
